Bridging the Gap

The Bridging the Gap: From Education to Employment (BTG) Model connects prospective employers with individuals who have barriers to seeking employment  by providing customized Workplace Essential Skills  Training.

The BTG program provides the private sector with a skilled workforce and in return provides sustainable employment to individuals who have barriers to maintaining employment.

BTG works with newly starting businesses or those that are expanding their operations. The BTG Program invites private sector firms to complete an application expressing their interest in participating in the BTG Model.
